Many company leaders in Indonesia want to grab the opportunities to grow , but in the reality there is a management gap between Top Management and their employees either the many positions are still vacant or the supervisor or manager are not capable to manage the work and become the future leader. In fact this reality is not only happened in Indonesia, but also in the UK. Based on 2012 survey conducted by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, 85% managers and supervisors lack of management and leadership skills. How to improve this weakness, 80% of the organization intend to conduct leadership development activities in the next 12 months.
